Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineering Solutions Architect with deep telecommunications expertise to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, architecting complex solutions, and serving as a trusted advisor to our enterprise clients in the telecommunications sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, translating these into comprehensive solution architectures
- Develop and present complex technical solutions encompassing BSS, AAA, mobile core networks, and wireless monetization strategies to C-level executives and technical decision-makers
- Create detailed technical proposals, ROI analyses, and solution documentation to support the sales team in securing new business opportunities
- Lead and coordinate bid responses, including RFI/RFP/RFQ management, ensuring technical accuracy and competitive positioning of solutions
- Drive bid strategy development and work closely with pricing teams to create winning commercial proposals
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members while collaborating with product management to influence roadmap decisions based on market needs
- Drive proof-of-concept implementations and technical demonstrations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and success criteria
- Partner with implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff and successful delivery of proposed solutions
Requirements
- 10+ years of Sales Engineering/Solutions Architecture experience in the telecommunications industry
- 15+ years of overall telecommunications industry experience
- Deep technical knowledge of:
- BSS (Business Support Systems)
- AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting)
- 4G/5G Core Network Architecture
- WiFi Monetization Solutions
- Cloud-native architectures and microservices
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex telecommunications solutions at enterprise scale
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with solution sizing, capacity planning, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of telecommunications industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies
- Experience with Gen AI solutions is added advantage.

- Experience with major telecom vendors’ solutions and technologies
- Understanding of network slicing and edge computing concepts
- Relevant certifications from major telecommunications vendors
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in telecom environments
