Alepo Unveils SE 14: One Platform, Many Brands, Zero Data Overlap

New release of Alepo’s Digital BSS lets MVNOs, ISPs, and BSS-as-a-Service providers run independent brands on one system and adds native Stripe payments, automated U.S. telecom tax, and real-time webhooks

AUSTIN, Texas, September 23, 2026 – Alepo Technologies, a provider of carrier-grade network access and billing software, today announced Alepo SE 14, the latest release of its Service Enabler platform — the convergent, TM Forum Open API-compliant Digital BSS used by MVNOs, ISPs and fiber operators, and emerging and mid-size mobile operators.

Operators that add a brand, enter a new region, or take on a wholesale partner have traditionally needed a dedicated BSS instance for each, a cost many cannot justify. SE 14 removes that barrier. Every tenant gets its own users, login domain, branding, currencies, and reports and behaves as if it had a dedicated system, while the operator runs one platform, updates it once, and sees everything in a single view. A guided onboarding portal, or a single API call, provisions a new tenant end to end and rolls back automatically if anything fails.

“Our customers don’t have three years and a transformation budget. They need to launch a brand or onboard a wholesale partner in weeks. SE 14 makes multi-tenancy part of the platform’s DNA — one deployment, many independent businesses, no compromise on data separation,” said Dallas Nash, Chief Revenue Officer at Alepo Technologies.

Also new in SE 14:

  • Built-in U.S. tax compliance: CCH SureTax and Avalara calculate jurisdiction-accurate telecom taxes in real time and in batch billing, with exemptions and a full audit trail.
  • Native Stripe payments: embedded, brandable checkout with tokenized saved cards for recurring billing, with card data handled in Stripe’s PCI DSS Level 1 environment.
  • Real-time webhooks: subscriber, service, billing, and provisioning events pushed instantly to AAA systems, network elements, CRMs, and ERPs, with retries and delivery monitoring.
  • Smarter self-service: plans filtered by service city at sign-up, self-service password reset with one-click CSR assist, and full subscriber control of auto-pay.

Availability

Alepo SE 14 is available now on private cloud, on-premises, or as a fully managed service, as a full stack or module by module.
